The company is at present recruiting a:
PRODUCT MANAGER
Reporting to the Marketing Manager / Group Product Manager he/she will be responsible for the development of marketing strategies and plans, and coordination of promotional and advertising campaigns for a brand or group of brands. Assisting in the development and review of sales budgets and in controlling advertising and promotion budget variations (P&L responsibility for assigned brands).
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead the development of strategies and of brand marketing plans meeting NTS and BMC objectives for the brand.
· Implement the brand plans with an excellent execution, leadership and direction to the other departments. This includes the development and deployment of advertising copy, POS, samples, defining pricing and promotional strategies, ….
· Acquire deep consumer knowledge to ensure we develop the best strategies and plans for the Spanish consumer, trade and professionals.
· Provide a clear vision for the brand that is communicated to internal and external partners.
· Ensure that the brand is aligned with company Roadmap
· Liase with franchise teams to identify new platforms for growth
Cualificaciones
· University Degree (Publicidad, Marketing, Económicas, Empresariales,...)
· Fluid English
· MS Office (Excel, PWP, Outlook, Access...)
· MBA (to be highly consider)
· 3/4 years experience/background in related field (to be highly consider)
· Digital Mkg knowledge (to be highly consider)
