·         BS degree in Agronomy, Agribusiness, Crop Soil Science, Ag Business, or related field of study

·         Ability and willingness to relocate, multiple times if necessary, to accommodate rotational assignments within the first 3 assignments (expenses covered for work-related travel)

·         Outstanding communication skills including the ability to clearly present information to influence or persuade others through oral or written means

·         Demonstrated decision-making ability and problem-solving skills

·         Results/detail-orientation and the ability to work with a sense of urgency. Capability to work with people in such a manner as to build high morale and group commitment to goals and objectives

·         Previous experience in agriculture or a strong desire to learn is advantageous

·         Ability to obtain commercial driver's license (CDL) and pesticide applicators license is required

·         Candidates who are bilingual in Spanish/English are highly-sought

·         Some travel required

·         Prior Seed Production experience is a plus
