Provide hands on process support focusing primarily on sustainability and process improvements impacting process yield and line efficiency. Support all phases of engineering projects from concept through implementation and sustainability. Participates in cross-functional engineering assignments involving projects of moderate magnitude and scope.

Acts as advocate for continuous improvement of technology and processes and is capable of utilizing a variety of statistical tools to validate process improvements.
Adheres to environmental policy and procedures and supports department environmental objectives.

Participates in process troubleshooting for equipment, systems, and processes to support manufacturing on night shift continuous operations schedule. Develops and implements equipment and/or process software enhancements that will improve efficiency, product yield and safety. Provides operational training and support. Supports the qualification of new equipment and performs debug and equipment validation tests for qualification. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications


Bachelors Degree - Engineering or Material Science or related discipline with 2 years engineering experience in manufacturing operations.
Experience working in a Regulated environment is required for this position.
Statistical design and analysis of experiments is required. Process engineering experience is required. Process engineering experience as it relates to high speed machinery is an asset for this position.
Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Experience in process troubleshooting for equipment, systems and processes is required for this position. The ability to develop and implement equipment and/or process software enhancement with will improve efficiency, yield and safety is required.
Excellent organizational skills required.

This position may require up to 10% travel both domestic and international.
