Description

A. Primary responsibility:

Understand recent progress of product/competitor and relevant therapeutic areas; designing and composing clinical study protocol and/or study report through publication plan and appropriately managed and analyzed data; organizing and participating activities involving advisory board, expert discussion and medical education; communicating and cooperating with internal and external customers so as to facilitate development and implementation of medical strategy and medical project;reviewing training and promotional material and project promotion activities presented by Marketing/Sales department from a scientific viewpoint; providing Marketing/Sales and other departments with product related support. Train and develop team if applicable. Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to team members; identify talent and create talent development and retention plan and ensure the plan is well executed.

Qualifications


A. Education /Training background:

MD. is mandatory; MSc. or PhD is an asset.

B. Knowledge/Skills:

Thoroughly understand and command knowledge of product and relevant diseases

Solid knowledge of clinical development process and HA (especially SFDA) requirements

Thoroughly understand and command GCP

Thoroughly understand and command HCC

C. Job experience:

At least 3-year clinical practice in relevant therapeutic area/or 5-year working experience in pharmaceutical industry (especially clinical development, and people management) is preferred

D. Competency:

Strategic and creative thinking capabilities; keen clinical development insight; excellent communication and team collaboration skills; leadership capabilities.

E. Others::

Good english ablities of listening, speaking, reading and writing; same level of CET-6
