Description

Wellness & Prevention, Inc., a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Health and Performance Companies, is recruiting for a Strategic Account Manager. This position is to be located in Orlando, FL.

The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with large employer customers of Wellness & Prevention, Inc., leading the implementation and ongoing delivery of customized health and performance solutions, driving employee participation and engagement; monitoring and reporting outcomes and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and contract renewal.

This position will be responsible for the management of strategic employer customers in the U.S. The ideal candidates will identify and build strong working relationships with key influencers and decisions makers. Facilitate the development of relationships at various levels between Wellness & Prevention and the customer(s). Provide regular, timely professional communication and response with appropriate key customer contacts. Demonstrate expert level ability to present information in a highly credible, professional and compelling manner to the customer. Partner with implementation and operations for the implementation of the EIS elements for customers. Lead cross functional internal teams including vendor partners for the on-going day to day delivery of the EIS elements for employer customers. Drive participation and engagement processes and ensure that participation strategies are customized to align with customer needs and constraints. Support contract close, renewal, and expansion process and statement of work development with Contract Administrator and Sales executives. Ensure contract compliance by successful achievement of all performance guarantees and deliverables within contract and statement of work. Ensure all financials are aligned with the contract deliverables. Use in-depth knowledge of the factors effecting financial performance to reduce costs, and increase market share, profitability and other desired financial outcomes. Ensure account profitability.

This role will be responsible for supporting the sales process and request for proposal process where applicable. Leverage strong understanding of customer global business strategies, objectives, values and needs to create a value added solution that results in new business. Design reports and presentations. This individual understands the health & wellness industry, competitor strategies and offerings, consumer needs, government regulations and recognized opportunities that will result in profitable new business. Understand the role of EIS in the management of health and performance and demonstrates a strong understanding of the W&P products and services and the individual and organizational outcomes of those programs.

Qualifications


This position requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree. An advanced degree is preferred. This position requires a minimum of 7 years experience in Health Science, Health Education, Health Promotion, Public Health, or related allied health discipline. 5 years of experience in on-site or worksite health promotion is required. Prior account management, operations and customer relationship management experience is required. Candidates who possess hospital experience are preferred. Excellent consultative skills are required for this role. Strong financial/budgeting skills are preferred. This position requires a high level of initiative. Strategic/Account Planning capability and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills are required. A strong executive presence required for this role. Strong problem solving skills are required. Candidates with strong negotiation skills are preferred for this role.
