Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- MS or BS degree in Agronomy, Agricultural engineering or related fields
- Experience and demonstrated skills in operation and maintenance of robotics systems and / or other highly technical research equipment
- Demonstrated ability to write and speak English fluently.
- Demonstrated ability and experience in MS Office Suite
- Excellent team leadership and management skills, effective verbal communication, and ability to work both independently as well as in a team based work environment
- Excellent organizational, record keeping and supervisory skills.
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Familiarity with breeding methodologies
- Strong interest and aptitude of IT tools, Excel macros, Databases, statistical analysis
- Basic knowledge of crop production and farming practices, as well as, farm equipment operation and repair
Experience in irrigated nursery management, farm equipment operation and repair.
