IBM is looking for a Peoplesoft Configuration Management Lead to work on Federal public sector government projects. This position is part of a larger technical implementation team.It requires good communication skills and the ability to work in a team is essential. While a senior position, it requires hands-on skills for PeopleSoft Configuration Management in a complex environment using Quest Stat tools. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients and within a team.

What does it take? First and foremost, you'll be designing applications required to automate business processes, and meet business needs. Often, resulting designs may run on multiple platforms and be composed of multiple software packages and custom components.
You'll define best practices in the critical evaluation, selection and/or development of the software components and hardware requirements of applications and data. You'll use your expertise in application development to evaluate and select development methods, processes, best practices and tools.
Finally, you'll be responsible for applications-related quality, performance, availability, scalability and integrity, ensuring application usability, for instance, through a high-quality functional interface to applications.

- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 2 years experience in Design and Development experience in PeopleSoft 9.0+
- At least 1 year experience in Experience in successful PeopleSoft implementations
- At least 1 year experience in experience with Quest Stat in a complex PeopleSoft environment
- Readiness to travel Up to 3 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
- English: Basic knowledge
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years experience in Design and Development experience in PeopleSoft 9.0+
- At least 4 years experience in Experience in successful PeopleSoft implementations
- At least 3 years experience in experience with Quest Stat in a complex PeopleSoft environment
- English : Fluent
