Job description
The JDE HR / Payroll Consultant is responsible for consulting on JDE engagements, including implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications. In addition to JDE HR/Payroll skills, the consultant needs to have core employee and manager self service knowledge. The consultant is responsible for hands-on configuration of JDE HR / Payrolll modules, as well as for assisting clients in implementation and support. The consultant will be involved in leading clients through design workshops and validation, configuration, testing and deployment cycles. He/she will provide functional knowledge & manage client relationships within context of individual role. Candidates should have at least 2 full life cycles with hands-on configuration experience in multiple modules.

Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years experience in JDE Payroll Module
- At least 2 years experience in JDE HR Module
- At least 2 years experience in Employee and Manager benefits self service knowledge
- At least 2 years experience in Systems Development Life Cycle experience
- Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
- English: Fluent
Preferred
- At least 5 years experience in JDE Payroll Module
- At least 5 years experience in JDE HR Module
- At least 5 years experience in Employee and Manager benefits self service knowledge
- At least 5 years experience in Systems Development Life Cycle experience
