The Johnson & Johnson IT Supply Chain organization is seeking a Technical Process Integration Manager to support the Back to Basics program. The incumbent will have accountability for ensuring that the Back to Basics programs technical design, build, test and deploy activities are organized and executed in accordance with J&J requirements and coordinated within the Back to Basics roadmap to achieve success. Key to this role will be identifying and facilitating appropriate planning and conflict resolution within and between the program process domains (Manufacturing and QA, Planning and Procurement, Finance, Deliver, Data Management, BI and Analytics, and Technical Delivery). This position will report to the Back to Basics IT Program Director.

This role will be responsible for identifying key issues and risks that require leadership team awareness and/or action and facilitate the appropriate leadership team involvement to mitigate and help drive the Back to Basics program forward successfully. Strategic breadth of design and business knowledge required from multiple lenses: business, program delivery, IT, compliance and governance. Responsible for maintaining the overall environment strategy and management methodology for the program in accordance with the J&J SDLC and the program plan. Ensures that required environments are in place for all key phases of the program, for the core solution as well as legacy systems. Ensures environments are fit for use (e.g. capable of handling targeted volumes, interfaced with necessary legacy systems, etc…) Drives governance forums and standards across all process areas. Influence and lead global team of ERP program leaders in design, development, and deployment of a global business process solution enabled by SAP tools. Drive global enterprise business process standardization, alignment and adoption. Align process model and solution design with Function/Group/Franchise strategies. Ensure alignment of enterprise leadership to process changes and key design decisions. Support Change Leader in defining regional, plant and site organization design for implementation and ongoing support. Ensure quality delivery of all process team deliverables on time and within budget. Own cross project thread implementation of all project lifecycle activities. Ensures playbook methodology deliverables for the Back to Basics program are tracking to plan and are delivered in compliance with the J&J SDLC methodology, and the Validation Compliance Plan. Manages scope and schedule adherence across technical work streams. Produces, publishes and maintains playbook artifacts per program schedule. Ensure adherence to J&J standards (SDLC, CSV, GxP and SOX).

Qualifications


This position requires a minimum of a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. This role requires a minimum of 7 years of business or IT experience. 5 years practical experience on SAP ERP programs activities is required. Experience project managing work streams or whole ERP implementations is required. Experience with CSV and SOX compliance requirements is also required. Demonstrated hands-on project management skills are required. Strong leadership skills in a collaborative, team based environment are required. Candidates with consulting and influencing skills are preferred. Working knowledge of SAP's Business Suite is required. People Management experience is required. Knowledge of GXP Processes are also required. Change management and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience is required. Experience collaborating in a cross-functional team environment is required. Excellent communication skills are required. This is a Global position. If staffed outside current deploying area must be willing to adapt to flexible schedule to meet time-zone requirements of deploying region and must be willing to adopt up to an additional 25% travel.
