Customer Development Manager, Johnson & Johnson Consumer Division

(Based in Manila, Philippines)

Job Summary

The Customer Development Manager will handle Direct Wholesalers in the General Trade Sector. He / She will be responsible for managing the Sales KRAs of the directly covered wholesalers.

Qualifications


Job Qualifications

- College Graduate
- Should have 3-5 years of sales experience in the fast moving consumer goods industry, with Modern Trade and/or General Trade experience
- Should have a good track record of execution and should have demonstrated the ability to drive initiatives/projects in the department
- Flexible and Independent, must be willing to accept provincial assignments in other territories in the future
- Should be proficient in computer applications
- Good driving skills and has a valid driver's license
- Should have excellent leadership skills
