Associate Area Sales Manager - Visayas, Johnson & Johnson Philippines Inc.

(Based in Cebu City, Philippines)

Job Summary

The Associate Area Sales Manager is responsible for developing the strategies and overseeing the execution of business plans to consistently deliver sales, distribution and financial targets in the assigned General Trade area. The AASM leads the Distributor Development managers in planning, coordinating and implementing company and distributor-initiated programs consistent with the Customer Development strategies. In addition, the AASM is responsible for team and talent development.

Qualifications


Job Qualifications

- Graduate of a college or university course in Business Management or any equivalent course. Post-graduate degree is an advantage.
- At least five years sales management experience in a fast-moving consumer goods company, with a minimum of two years managing a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong sense of accountability and responsibility
- Experienced team/people manager
- Adept at developing and executing strategic business plans
- A quick learner and highly adaptable to change
- Proficient communication skills: oral and written business correspondence, presentation planning and delivery
- Intermediate MS Office capabilities: Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint
- Experienced driver with a valid driver's license
