Product Specialist (Manila) - Ethicon Endo-Surgery Franchise, Johnson & Johnson Medical Philippines

(Based in Metro Manila, Philippines)

Job Summary

The Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Inc. (EES) franchise within Johnson & Johnson Medical Philippines (JJMP) markets advanced medical devices for minimally invasive and open surgical procedures. The franchise focuses on procedure-enabling devices for the treatment of surgical conditions

The primary objective of the Product Specialist is to aid in the sales and market expansion of the EES range and convert competitive products in a manner commensurate with company policy and sales direction.

- Specialist will be trained to understand and demonstrate proper use of our products to clinicians in an operating room setting.
- This position requires the ability to sell the value of advanced surgery devices and handle customer questions and objections in a way that is consistent with product indications and sales training methodology.

Qualifications


Job Qualifications

- A Bachelor's degree (minimum); Medical or technical/engineering background is a plus but not mandatory
- Candidates with documented successful sales performance (high growth, results vs. plan)
- Ability to analyze and target accounts to achieve results through a daily action plan
- Goal-driven, high-energy self-starters with strong time management and planning skills
- Superior rapport building skills
- Ability to communicate at varying levels of the hospital organization.
- Ability to work weekends as necessary to conduct workshops or cover surgical cases
- Previous experience selling capital equipment a plus
- Previous experience in government bidding a plus
- Strong, continuous academic background (no delayed graduation)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Speak fluent English
- Good written and business presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Excel
- Good moral character
