Position Title

Distributor Development Manager (Cavite), Johnson & Johnson Philippines Inc.

(Based in Laguna, Philippines)

Job Summary

To be assigned as a Customer Manager handling distributors in Cavite, Laguna and Palawan territories. This person will be responsible for managing the sales KRA's of the territory and the overall financial health and operations of the distributor in the area.

Job Qualifications

- College Graduate
- Should have at least 3 years of experience in Sales in the consumer goods industry, experience in handling distributors in the specified area is a must
- Should have a good track record of execution and should have demonstrated the ability to drive initiatives/projects in the department
- Willing to be relocated in the province, and should be willing to accept provincial assignments in other territories
- Should be proficient in computer applications
- Good driving skills and has a valid driver's license
- Should be flexible and independent
- Should have excellent leadership skills
