Janssen Inc. is looking to hire a Marketing Manager that will play a leadership role in shaping the essences of an exciting brand. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to develop new positioning, messaging, segmentation, innovative strategies, and tactics.

Responsibilities:

Develop strategic and tactical marketing business plans

Develop a complete understanding of the market dynamics and stakeholders

Apply marketing fundamentals to drive customer insights

Critically assess opportunities and synthesize business information

Develop strong relationships with a variety of different customers to understand needs and translate needs into business opportunities

Develop and implement "non-product" value based services that enhance customer loyalty and drive business growth

Collaborate with cross functional business partners to drive innovation and accelerate growth

Develop revenue forecasting models and leverage financial acumen to support the management of profit and loss

Qualifications


University degree (science or business related; MBA an asset)

3+ years Pharmaceutical product management and/ or sales experience is required

Fluent in French is an asset but not mandatory

Strong customer focus with demonstrated success in driving customer loyalty

Demonstration of leadership competencies including driving innovative solutions through strategic thinking and intellectual curiosity

Strong project management and organizational skills

Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills are required

Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record that meet corporate safe fleet requirements
