Johnson & Johnson Global Recruiting is currently looking for a Contract Sourcing Specialist to proactively identify and recruit top talent in a highly competitive employment marketplace. In this key role, you will have the opportunity to provide recruitment marketplace expertise to a dynamic and optimally decentralized client base representing the consumer, pharmaceutical, biotech and medical devices & diagnostics markets on a contract basis. In this highly visible contracting role you will be in partnership with Recruitment peers, consult with clients to help them define needs and talent requirements. Develop and quickly execute sourcing strategies that deliver high caliber talent and timely results at the most appropriate cost. This is a role for a highly successful staffing expert who has a stellar track record as a full-cycle recruiter but who gets a thrill out of focusing on the marketplace and figuring out how to search for and find and top talent. If you are a talent sleuth at heart, you will have the opportunity to skillfully apply your broad portfolio of candidate generation techniques to solve talent needs across a challenging assortment of disciplines and business segments. Use your expertise to identify, evaluate, and manage proactive sourcing plans, position specific sourcing strategies, initiatives, and tactics including Internet job boards, various databases, and advanced sourcing techniques. Generate candidate leads utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques and resources including candidate database mining, referrals, networking, and professional outreach. Screen, qualify, and present candidates to hiring team. Provide ongoing consulting value to clients and maximize search/recruitment efforts by remaining current on industry trends and developments. Identify and champion diversity and outreach initiatives. Maintain all critical employment systems information Participate in projects that enhance the talent search process and provide the organization a competitive advantage in the talent marketplace.

Qualifications


Bachelor's degree is required. Minimum 5+ years strong Sourcing experience (exempt positions up to and including the executive level) is required; Experience sourcing/recruiting for pharmaceutical, medical device and/or biotech positions is preferred (from a third party environment/agency or corporate environment). Full life cycle recruiting experience preferred. Position requires a strong background in Sourcing for one or MORE of the following areas R&D, Finance, IT, Engineering, Operations & Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Marketing and Sales. Extensive experience with Internet job boards, various databases, and advanced sourcing techniques. Demonstrated knowledge as a "super-user" of automated applicant tracking/job posting systems. Identification of appropriate feeder sources to ensure ample supply of qualified applicants for current and anticipated hiring needs. Account management, consulting and interviewing skills. Must be able to handle high volume. Agency experience is strongly preferred
