Description

Act as financial partner, proactively assist Senior Finance Manager to support business in P&L management including expense monitoring, budget control, forecasting etc.
Understand Business, closely and proactively involved in the business with timely analysis to support BU to make decision; Understand the market and product, provide analysis 1) promotions/new products strategy 2)new business models 3)effect analysis on marketing activities
Provide opinions/suggestions to the all inquiries related to financial issues, including reimbursement process, incentive calculation; provide financie training for Non-Finance; coordinate with all the other finance function for any issues.
Help evaluate financial risks for all the business decisions and business activities/contracts, provide suggestions to minimize risks.

Qualifications


At minimum 5 years relevant financial planning, reporting and analysis experience working in sizeable multinational
FMCGs and familiar with highly computerized system environment, in particular SAP and MS
applications (Excel, Words and PowerPoint).
? Strong knowledge of general accounting (proficiency in both PRC and US GAAP), business analysis and
internal control principles with at minimum a university degree in Accounting, Business and Finance related
field, and preferably with relevant professional &/or accounting qualification such as CICPA, AICPA, ACCA,
CMA, etc.
With team-work, can-do attitude, ability to meet tight deadlines, work under pressure
? Excellent analytical and financial skills; Strong planning, problem solving, sales & marketing execution and
presentation ability, capable to think and act innovatively, proactively and independently with minimal
supervision or guidance.
? Effective oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
