Travel Requirements:
- Local travel, sometimes on short notice, within China and to other regional locations including Taiwan, India, Hong Kong, and Singapore. The position will also require international travel outside of Asia.

Qualifications

- PHD in science
- 10+ years working experiences in medical industry
- 5+ year managerial experience
- Effective team interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within diverse cultural environments.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
- Analytical and creative thinking.
- Excellent teamwork, detail oriented, flexible & high quality driven.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and self starter
- Broad knowledge in local regulatory and governmental policies and regulations
- Experience in both pre-clinical and clinical studies
- Proven record of accomplishment: direct association with or leading efforts to develop technically complex products from concept to market.
- Able to speak and write English fluently.
