As the leader of the health care team, provides professional nursing care, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care, policies, and procedures. Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
- Current CA RN license and AHA BLS certification.
- One (1) year recent (within the last three (3) years) full-time equivalent experience in PICU or successful completion of a KP PICU course or approved equivalent within prior 12 months.
- Current PALS card required.
- Chemotherapy (ONS provider card or APHON Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Provider card) required within 6 months of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:
- CCRN
- BSN
- At least one (1) year pediatric/PICU experience and with knowledge of the management of acute criticallyill patients, Drips, ventilators, all ages

Notes:
- Rotating Weekends
