Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Agriculture, Ag Business or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of related experience and training, preferably in industrial electrical maintenance.
- Experience in wiring and running electrical conduits for equipment. Experience with the operation of forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift.
- Experienced in the interpretation of blueprints, and sketching electrical
- Experience using electrical and mechanical measurement devices

Including micrometers, depth gauges, feeler gauges, dial gauges,
- voltmeter, etc.
- Experience of low and medium voltage systems and familiarity with high voltage systems.
- Knowledge of Electrical Safety Standards such as US OSHA Law; NFPA 70E; National Electrical Code (NEC); IEEE
- Knowledge in repair and operation of Packaging Equipment
- Ability to communicate in English, both written and orally
- Ability to create solutions to modify or retrofit electrical controls.
- Knowledge of building electrical codes, and safety related regulations on
- electrical equipment.
- Ability to guide Maintenance Technicians on electrical safety.
- Ability to repair equipment without instruction or based on manufacturer's
- manuals.
- Ability to generate and implement Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Plans
- Knowledge of phone and emergency alarms management systems
- ·Ability to work in conjunction with contractors on tasks and projects as assigned
control drawings to include Programmable Logic Control systems.
