Job description

Industry Subject Matter Expert in the Business Analytics & Optimization (BAO) Center of Competency (CoC) Regulatory & Risk team, supporting the sales of Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance Solutions in Financial Services, Life Sciences, Telecom and Energy industries. Expert knowledge in Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance overall strategy, business process and technology. Customer advisor on the identification and development of business requirements and gaps in capabilities to achieve regulatory compliance and sound risk mitigation and reporting.

Candidates will participate in account consulting and integrated services opportunity identification. Lead workshops and briefings. Participate in initial engagements as a Delivery resource. Build strong relationships and drive interactions between Software Group (SWG) and Global Business Services (GBS) sellers. Develops the interaction with practitioners in GBS, SWG and Industry Partners.

Experience with OpenPages or Algorythmics a plus.

This position will require extensive travel globally.

It is also expected that newly hired resources into the Global Business Services U.S. practice live within a reasonable commuting distance (generally 50 miles) of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Hartford, CT; Houston, TX; Kansas City, MO; Los Angeles, CA; Miami, FL; New York City, NY and surrounding area; Philadelphia, PA; San Francisco, CA; and Washington, DC.

Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years experience in one or more of the following industries (FS, Life Sciences, Telecom, Energy)
  • At least 5 years experience in Regulatory and Risk compliance
  • At least 5 years experience in requirements definition, mapping, and gap analysis
  • At least 3 years experience in consultative selling
  • Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
  • English: Fluent


Preferred
  • Master's Degree
  • At least 10 years experience in one or more of the following industries (FS, Life Sciences, Telecom, Energy)
  • At least 8 years experience in Regulatory and Risk compliance
  • At least 8 years experience in requirements definition, mapping, and gap analysis
  • At least 5 years experience in consultative selling
