IBM is seeking a Program Manager to supervise ADP software management. He/she will have direct supervision of ADP software development and maintenance programs. Must be capable of leading complex teams.
The actual work location for this position is Kansas City, MO.

- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 7 years experience in program management.
- U.S. citizenship required
- English: Basic knowledge
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 7 years experience in supervising ADP software management.
- At least 7 years experience in direct supervision of ADP software development and/or maintenance programs.
- At least 7 years experience in leading complex teams.
- Security clearance of Secret - Active
- English : Intermediate
