We are looking for qualified candidates to join our GBS Public Sector Resource & Capacity Management Operations Support team. Successful candidates will perform a range of administrative and operational support duties, reporting and analysis functions for internal Public Sector clients, to include: creating and maintaining records, staffing plans, assist with utilization forecasting, and execute regular and ad hoc resource management reporting.
We are looking for applicants who are self-motivated individuals with academic or business experience with experience using database and reporting tools. Required skills include: experience with MS Excel (including pivot table experience), excellent verbal and communication skills, including the ability to interact with executives, and must be able to work effectively in a team environment. Candidates should demonstrate ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks concurrently and be adaptable to new assignments, systems, and tools. Experience in Government contracting environment is desirable.
The Resource & Capacity Management Administrative Support Assistant supports the Resource & Capacity Management activities within Public Sector to help improve service provided by the R&CM team. This role will perform tasks to include: Utilization & timecard management, assist with hours forecasting, compliance reporting, pulling necessary CVs upon request, Hours Plan schedule setup, creates and maintains staffing plans, register new hires in web based intranet tool, run, distribute & post basics reports, maintain practitioner's skills and deployment profiles, and other activities associated with resource management support
