Description
The Network Planning Analyst main responsibility is to perform DRP replenishment release to maintain an appropriate inventory level and control the costs. He / she will be responsible too for the stock allocation to affiliates in case of extended supply shortages and the communication on the issue resolution to key business partners and management. He / she needs to establish and maintain the proper contacts with key stakeholders, and must be able to work in a global organization as well as build collaborative partnerships with business partners all over the world.
Main Responsibilities:
- Relentless focus on Customer Service
- Perform the interplant DRP releases between main hub and distribution centers.
- Support Key Account Representatives (KARs) by providing Available To Promise (ATP) / Back Order (BO) reports
- Communicate on supply issues root cause, corrective action and full recovery date to marketing organization and management.
- Manage Fair Share Allocation of products in short supply to all countries involved.
- Ensure data integrity in Supply Chain systems to comply with customers specific requirements
- Build collaborative partnerships with Business Partners
- Develop relationships with regional warehouses, acting as the ASP contact person and develop knowledge and understanding of the warehouse activities and capabilities
- Work closely with internal customers (QA, Supply Planning, PDM, Finance, …)
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent preferably in Business or Logistics
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in Supply Chain
- Understanding of the compliance in a medical business environment
- Strong systems knowledge with capability to master complexity
- Capable of effective prioritization of work in a dynamic environment with many ad-hoc issues
- Excellent social, influencing and communication skills
- Ability to take ownership and drive process improvements
- Strategic thinking and ability to create, cultivate and implement change
- Excellent ability to work in teams with multiple stakeholders
- Advanced knowledge of ERP, APS planning tools and Microsoft Excel
- Work location is Neuchâtel, Switzerland
