Job Responsibilities;

Reporting to the IT Manager, the incumbent will plan and manage SAP QA Portfolio, Projects and Roadmaps with stakeholders, deliver Business focused solutions with clear understanding of business objectives and requirements, analysis and enhancement of SAP QM related projects requested by Business, research and explore new technologies to improve JnJ SAP QM integration capabilities, and level 3 support for SAP QM related issues.

SAP QA Portfolio/Project management:

- Project planning- Defining scope and Preparing project contract based upon requirement
- Managing and executing SAP projects, often as a part of larger integrated SAP Team
- Solution design and Leading end to end enhancement for QM and its integration to manufacturing and logistics processes in SAP
- Expand the domain knowledge in SAP QM
- Manage and deliver projects on time and on budget & on effort, utilizing EPM, SDLC and PM requirements and best practices.
- Perform EPM, SDLC and PM roles in accordance with the ONE I/T processes.
- Update Projects and Other Work Investments and ensure that these are reflected accurately and timely in EPM Clarity.

Process analysis,Optimization and capability development:

- Analysing current SAP related process for and providing optimized, effective solutions.
- Streamlining the SAP related business process
- Providing training to users on the process

Production Support (Level 3) :

- Providing analysis and support for some critical production tickets to resolve the issue

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology/ Engineering/Science

Certified SAP QM consultant

-
At least 5 yrs of domain knowledge in SAP Quality Management

Familiar with Computer System Validation, Process validation (manufacturing) highly preferred.

Working knowledge in FDA CFR Part 11 and/or local health authority within Asia Pacific is highly preferred.

Having strong knowledge on Various quality inspection processes, reports, Notifications, Calibration and Shop floor control processes.

Knowledge in Symphony and other LIMS systems is advantageous.

At least 5 yrs of exp. in various SAP projects with minimum of 3 full end to end implementation for QA.

- Strong knowledge of SAP QM
- QM inspections processes and configuration (procurement, production, Distribution)
- Results Defects recording and notification
- Sampling procedures and sampling schemes/regimes
- Good understanding of quality systems and Good Manufacturing Processes.
- Batch Management and QM, QM and PP interface, QM and WM interface.
- Quality notification and interfacing with external systems.

- Mapping the Business requirements ,critical requirements to the company in terms of cost & operational activities in to the SAP system.
- Conducted various internal training in SAP R/3 - QM & PM modules for various target groups like Process Owners, Super/End Users.
- Cross functional and multicultural project exposure is a must.
- Possess Portfolio and Project management experience.
- Fluent in English and Thai (speaking, reading, writing)
