Job Responsibilities;

Reporting to the IT Manager, the incumbent will be IT Subject Matter Expert in the area of SAP-APO Constrained Planning for plants (8 plants-TH, MY, KR, IN, CN), own the regional CP design for plants along with BPO counterpart, lead projects and enhancement portfolio with BPO and supply chain business units for Constrained Planning, be a focal point with the business for all constrained planning process and system enhancements requirements, and lead and support ASEAN markets, fully leverage Business Intelligence to identify opportunities that generate revenue or reduce SG&A.

Project management:

- Project planning- Defining scope and Preparing project contract based upon requirement
- Managing and executing projects/enhancements
- Solution design and Leading end to end enhancement for areas of CP
- Manage and deliver projects on time and on budget & with available resources utilizing EPM, SDLC and PM requirements and best practices.
- Update Projects dashboard etc to ensure that project status is reflected accurately and timely in EPM Clarity.

Business Partnering, Process analysis and Optimization:

- Analyzing and monitoring effectiveness of current process (KPI's) and providing optimized solutions.
- Streamlining the business process
- Providing training to users on the CP processes/system

Production Support (level 3):

- Providing analysis and support for some critical production escalated tickets for issue resolution

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent

- Minimum of 5 years professional experience
- Direct experience in leading major company projects

Basic understanding & experience in SNP module is a MUST: heuristics for net requirement planning, safety stock parameters, deployment etc.

Basic understanding of supply chain planning processes is a MUST (MPS, MRP, DRP etc)

Minimum 2-3 full cycle APO implementation experience in related industry (process industry) in APO SNP Optimizer

Focus on SNP optimizer in areas of discrete optimization (not limited to linear programming), multi-level planning (e.g liquid-mixing, filling planning),COPT10 parameters to address sub-optimality etc. Exposure to network optimization is a bonus.

Added advantage if worked on SNP Optimizer support or SAP labs in related field.

Experience in interface areas between APO and ECC (CIF related to master data, Planned orders, production orders, related CIF enhancements etc)

Good Communication Skills: To be able to clearly articulate the problem and resolution in business terms. This is more challenging when it comes to explaining the optimizer logic to end users who have limited knowledge in that space.

Fluent in English and Thai (speaking, reading, writing)
