The MPF Customer Support Associate will answer MPF customers phone calls and assist with questions related to the with MPF Program and underwriting. They will also create MPF Xtra Delivery Commitments documents and assistance with other financial transactions for the MPF Xtra portfolio and Xtra customers. Specifications: Must have Degree/Education or work experience equal to 3 years in the mortgage industry with direct experience in the mortgage underwriting and servicing functions. Customer service or call center experience a plus. |
