Qualifications
Requirements:
· Education: Area field operations lead should have a university degree in Agronomy/Horticulture field
· Working experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar management and technical role.Experience with people who reported to him is a plus
· Role requires good communication and negotiations skills, ability to keep updated with the regulatory developments in the industry. Attention to detail, organization, effectiveness in meeting objectives, and follow through are critical for role. Excellent PC abilities (MS Office).
· Proficiency in English spoken and written is required. Flexibility for traveling, commuting and temporary relocation.
