Job description
Test Specialist will perform test script execution and defect logging using Rational Testing tools.
Some of our client engagements do require up to 100% travel for an extended period of time. Consultants are required to be flexible with their ability to travel and cannot refuse projects due to travel.

Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 3 years experience in test script execution and defect logging.
- At least 3 years experience in Rational Testing tools, including Rational Manual Tester, ClearCase, and ClearQuest
- At least 3 years experience in and ability to produce and run queries in Rational.
- At least 3 years experience in and ability to interpret use cases and other business process specification documents
- Readiness to travel Up to 5 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
- U.S. citizenship required
- English: Intermediate
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 years experience in test script execution and defect logging.
- At least 4 years experience in Rational Testing tools, including Rational Manual Tester, ClearCase, and ClearQuest
- At least 4 years experience in and ability to produce and run queries in Rational.
- At least 4 years experience in and ability to interpret use cases and other business process specification documents
- At least 3 years experience in and ability to create and modify complex Excel spreadsheets with formulas, pivot tables, and filters
- Security clearance of PA State Police Criminal Background
