Field Activations Manager, Johnson & Johnson Philippines Inc.
(Based in Manila, Philippines)
Job Summary
The Field Activation Manager's primary responsibility is to ensure that national and customer specific activities, shelf share and availability in his channel are executed according to set standards. The role is expected to:
1. lead in coordination with CAG Express in the planning and execution of account specific initiatives ensuring TP spending for materials and manpower are within projection;
2. lead in the in-store coordination with Shopper Marketing and Customer Development Manager in the planning and execution of ISE initiatives;
3. lead in the implementation and evaluation of the promotion for his sub-segment.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications
- College Graduate
- Should have at least 2 years of experience in key accounts management or trade marketing in the consumer goods industry.
- Must be skilled at planning and execution of initiatives at field level
- Should exhibit strong leadership and influential skills with high potential to assume roles of bigger responsibility in the future.
- A quick thinker; able to follow through on strategic execution guidelines; good attention to detail; and finishes tasks on hand.
- Has good communication skills and a team player; open to feedback and shows resiliency in the face of challenges.
- Must be proficient in computer applications.
- Must be willing to be on the field 80% of the time.
- Must have good driving skills and a valid driver's license; should pass J&J Driving Certification.
- Experience in handling DRUGSTORE accounts is a plus
