Internal
·Develop Local Medical Education strategy and plan and align with TA National Medical Education plan.
·Implement regional ME activities in central Medical Education plan and manage.
·Involve in some national Medical Education activities on planning and execution.
·Working closely with MSL and KOLs to coordinate regional Medical Education content development process for regional ME activities
·Build communication platform and process with local KOLs, HCPs and institutions.
·Develop tools and processes (SOPs, KPIs etc) to effectively manage regional Medical Education activities, and ensure that compliance underpins all aspects of work.
·Manage and accountable for the Local Medical Education budget. Determine and monitor timeline and manage project to conclusion and implementation.
·Ensure all programs are in compliance with regulatory, HCC, legal guidelines, and company policies.
·Analyse and report the achievement relating to local Medical Education programs
External
·Build the reputation as Medical Education expert in region through high-qualified ME programs
·Establish and manage an external network of agencies, associations, investigators, KOLs and physicians in order to further develop and implement the Medical Education strategy within the therapy area(s).
·Continuously update on the knowledge of therapy areas, products, latest developments, industry trends and best practices in Medical Education.
·Providing presentation as necessary to HCP in local ME activities.
Administrative Activities
·Allocate time appropriately to conduct responsibilities and tasks such as status reports, expense reports, etc.
·Complete appraisal and provide appropriate developmental feedback for staff personnel.
·Respond in a timely manner to internal and external customer requests.
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
·Proven skills at developing and managing varied relationships within and outside the company.
·Good planning and tracking skills.
·Highly skilled at understanding scientific data across-function communication, time-management skills
·High potential in customer and industry insight Adherence to Johnson & Johnson Credo and have the right compliance mindset.
EXPERIENCE:
·Bachelor and above degree of Clinical Medicine or Pharmacy
·Academic background with a scientific/medical or marketing degree is preferred
·At least 5-8 years of working experience and 3 years plus in Pharm. Industry or in relevant TA
·3 years or more Regional Marketing experience is preferred
·2 years or more people management experience is preferred
