Position Overview

Our portfolio of Long Acting Therapies (LATs) antipsychotics, INVEGA SUSTENNA
  • and RISPERDAL CONSTA
  • are market leaders in the injectable segment. Importantly, the portfolio is delivering on the promise to revolutionize therapy and care for patients living with schizophrenia and their caregivers, offering significant health economic and patient quality of life benefits.

    Janssen Inc. is looking to hire a Product Manager who will play a leadership role in SHAPING and DELIVERING strategy that will transform care for patients living with schizophrenia. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to LEAD all aspects of product management.

    Key responsibilities:

    The Marketer in this position will manage all marketing aspects pertaining for this portfolio in order to maximize the commercial opportunity and with the goal of transforming lives of patients living with schizophrenia. Specifically, the star candidate will:

    Develop Patient/Customer/Market Understanding to uncover meaningful and actionable insights

    Develop and deliver competitive brand strategies and plans (strategy, execution and related asset creation and forecasting)

    Manage multi-functional teams to ensure excellence in execution

    Conduct complex Business and Financial Analysis

    Lead assigned commercial projects

    Qualifications


    University degree (science or business related; MBA an asset)

    Minimum 3 years of commercial experience required

    Previous Pharma/HealthCare/Consumer Product Management or similar role required

    Demonstration of strong commercial acumen and foundational marketing application required

    Demonstrated leadership competencies including strategic thinking and intellectual curiosity

    Demonstrated cycle of success in the development and implementation of innovative customer solutions that drive return on investment

    Ability to rapidly generate rapport, to build, and to leverage relationships

    Success leading change in ambiguity and uncertainty, with demonstrated resilience in the face of challenges

    Advanced ability to work independently and lead initiatives; Demonstrated results and performance driven

    Strong attention to detail, organization, and project management skills

    Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills; English French bilingualism an asset
