Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, Replenishment (CPFR) Analyst - CVS, located in Cumberland, RI..

Organization supports all three sectors of Johnson & Johnson: Medical Device & Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Products. Our organization is part of a reporting structure, known as Customer Logistics Services (CLS), which is an organizational reporting structure that supports supply chain activities for multiple companies within the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies.

This position is has combined responsibilities as a Customer Logistics Analyst (CLA) and Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, Replenishment (CPFR) Planner.

As an analyst, the position would process incoming orders and manage logistics to optimize cost and service for a LEAD account. Conducts detailed analysis on order and supply chain issues utilizing advanced systems and process excellence tools. Implements process improvements through cross-functional collaboration as well as partnering with customers to drive achievement of organizational metrics and individual account goals. Manage and balance key business relationships with passion & understanding of customer expectations and internal policies/requirements. Lead projects/initiatives to enhance both cost and service efficiencies in the customer and Johnson & Johnson supply chains. Lead the development of presentations and discussions for customer facing meetings.

CPFR Planner will work collaboratively with customer business partners at a LEAD account, as well as with Johnson & Johnson (J&J) Sales and Supply Chain organizations with a focus on improving customer forecast accuracy, achieving customer service level and inventory goals, and driving the qualitative and quantitative customer forecast through operations. Main responsibilities include forecasting, which includes base item forecasting, promotional forecasting, and event planning; replenishment, including placing orders on behalf of the customer; inventory analysis, to ensure proper levels are maintained and reduced where possible; and collaboration with the customer to identify areas of opportunity for greater efficiency and service improvement.

Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment Analyst - Target will be responsible for weekly collaboration with sales partners and customer on promotional activity, service and supply issues, forecast adjustments to drive improvements in service and inventory levels, cuts communication and communication to applicable business partners, management of holiday ordering and seasonal build plans, monitoring of new items, bonus packs, potential reverse distribution items from deletions, and replenishment, including placing orders on behalf of the customer.

In addition to normal CPFR planner responsibilities, the Analyst will provide additional leadership by coordinating weekly allocations and improvements in the allocation process, development and execution of end-to-end supply chain discussions with applicable parties from customer and GBUs, and standardization of seasonal builds and associated exit strategies

Order/Process Management - Identify and execute consolidation opportunities for promo and base business orders. Proactively manage order fulfillment to meet customer demands through integration with operating company, distribution, and planning/forecasting. Resolve customer discrepancies relating to data integrity, shipping issues, and trade pricing/promotional management. Develop competency in all Microsoft applications i.e.(Access, Excel, Powerpoint) as well as business applications such as: SAP, Business Warehouse, Redwood and EDI. Identify, plan and implement cost savings opportunities while balancing service specifications. Analyze, recommend, and implement modifications to customer purchasing patterns for optimal service and improved logistics efficiencies. Manage and direct requests and inquiries from internal & external business partners. Learn and utilize new technology to drive root cause analysis and problem resolution relating to On-Time Delivery, Blocked Lines, and other individual/team metrics. Complete other order management activities as assigned.

Projects - Identify and implement innovative solutions through the use of process excellence tools, methodologies, and technology. Drive process improvements that impact inventory management, order management, and dashboard measures. Participate & lead customer specific initiatives and OGSM tactics. Complete other process and project activities as assigned.

Team and Individual Performance Management - Participate in and lead team meetings and decision making. Provide necessary assistance to manage team workload. Coach new hires in functional responsibilities and acclimate to SLC and team culture. Attend and facilitate regular 1:1s with Supervisor. Identify and participate in developmental training opportunities. Complete other performance management activities as assigned

Qualifications


A minimum of 3 years of work experience is required. A minimum of bachelor's degree is required. Experience with Six Sigma, APICS CPIM, RILA RSCC is preferred.
