Position Overview

Apply marketing fundamentals to drive customer insights, strategic planning & execution of new product indications in the Oncology field

Critically assess opportunities and synthesize business information

Spend time with customers to understand needs and translate needs into business opportunities

Develop and implement "non-product" specific value based services that enhance customer loyalty and drive business growth.

Collaborate with sales and marketing, and other business partners, to build and leverage interdependencies across our businesses and across divisions to drive innovation and accelerate growth

Qualifications


University degree (science or business related; MBA an asset)

Product Management and/ or pharmaceutical marketing experience (2 years).

Oncology experience an asset

Previous Launch brand experience an asset

Track record of success utilizing foundational Marketing Excellence principles (Segmentation, Analytics, Forecasting, Strategic thinking)

Success leading change in ambiguity and uncertainty, with demonstrated resilience in the face of challenges

Strong customer focus with demonstrated success in driving customer loyalty

Demonstration of leadership competencies including driving innovative solutions through strategic thinking and intellectual curiosity

Strength in motivation, collaboration and teaming

Results and performance driven including strong project management and organizational skills

Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills are required

English / French bilingualism an asset
