DePuy Synthes Mitek Sports Medicine is the Sports Medicine business offering orthopaedic sports medicine products, soft tissue repair devices, joint movement solutions and minimally invasive and arthroscopic solutions.

The qualified candidate will provide financial and business analysis support to the Raynham Quality, Distribution and Operations franchise leaders. Specifically, these functions include but are not limited to: monthly closing activities such as preparing and recording journal entries, preparing account reconciliations, trade gross profit analysis and variance analysis to compare actual results to plan. This position will also be responsible for aiding in the support of the international affiliate business both on an actual and forecast basis. Other requirements include BRAVO reporting, Supply Chain Submissions and ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. In addition this position will perform various ad-hoc analyses and will be tasked with special projects.

Qualifications


A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, with a preferred concentration in Accounting or Finance. A CPA, CMA, CFM, MBA or other financial certifications are preferred. A minimum of five years of experience or equivalent knowledge of skills necessary to perform the position responsibilities is required. Strong financial systems and Microsoft Office product suite proficiency and experience are a must. A good working knowledge of the manufacturing operations systems is preferred. Individual should also possess strong financial analysis skills, a sound accounting background, good organizational and planning skills, and effective written and oral communication skills. Must be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate the ability to interact with various professional levels within the organization. Must be a self-starter, and require minimal supervision. This position is located in Raynham, MA and may require travel up to 10%.
