Position Description: The Customer Development Manager/Combo position is responsible for the management of assigned accounts in the Business Unit (BU), and for the development of profitable new customer business within the territory. This position has minimal supervision.

Additional Requirements: Demonstrated a consecutive sales excellence (quota achievement) within prior sales responsibilities; be skillful at problem solving; excellent communication skills; cold calling skills and the ability to find new business, as well as grow existing business; the ability to learn financial concepts; and succeed with minimal supervision.
