Based in the UK, this regional managerial role covers Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

We are looking for a talented Graduate to provide medical support to the Northern Europe Area, to include contributing to day to day Medical Affairs activities for UK, Irish and Nordic for J&J products.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Partnering and collaborating with internal departments as appropriate e.g. Hub Marketing, Regulatory Affairs (UK/Ireland/Nordics), Customer Development, Shopper Marketing, Customer Services and Brand Activation Managers (Ireland/Nordics)
- Assisting with the review and approval of promotional materials and pre-screen of complex materials in accordance with applicable Codes of Practice and regulations, Company policy and any other relevant regulations
- Supporting Medical Affairs colleagues with campaign and brand development opportunities
- Updating and population of department databases such as Core Claims Database for UK products
- Reviewing product entries to be included within industry publications (i.e. OTC directory, PAGB directory etc)
- Responding to 3rd party outsourcing agents on medical information enquiries for J&J products across UK, Ireland and Nordics
- Assisting with development and maintenance of department systems including Zinc MAPs
- Conducting literature searches to be used in support of new claims and regulatory submissions
- Creating and updating training presentations/materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining Medical Affairs SharePoint site
- Reviewing and approving product entries on Brandbank
- Participating in the production of written documents to be submitted to regulatory agencies as required, with support from Senior/Medical Affairs Executives
- Ensuring external stakeholders (e.g. PAGB) are informed of any significant changes to SPCs or packaging and are notified of new product launches or discontinuations in a timely manner

Qualifications


Education

Degree in Pharmacy or a Life Science

Experience

No formal experience is required for this role, however, experience via a sandwich placement year would be an advantage

Technological competencies

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
