| In close partnership with senior members of the Information Technology QA team, this position will be responsible for executing restaurant inventory & prep projects, performing test cases, etc. Key responsibilities include: ? Testing Point of Sales and other ?In store? restaurant software components. ? Preparing and executing software test plans. ? Learning how to use automated testing scripts using scripting languages such as JavaScript, Unix Scripts etc. and apply that knowledge to various projects. ? Documenting and tracking software/hardware defects via defect tracking tools. ? Collaborating with project teams/clients to ensure correct functionality has been developed. ? Providing input for field training documentation and training internal support teams. ? Distributing software to restaurant systems. | |
| Skills/Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree; Computer Science or equivalent degree preferred ? Experience writing scripts in Windows on Unix ? Technical experience in Linux and Windows operating systems ? Strong software and hardware troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities ? Team player and self-starter ? Highly ambitious and motivated person who is able to work in a fast-paced agile environment ? Avid learner looking for an opportunity to grow her/his skills ?
