Provide for the support, deployment, and maintenance of various bank applications and the oversight of staff performing those same tasks.  Responsible for the scheduling, directing, and monitoring of assigned team’s workload.  Functions as the overall subject matter expert in the area of support responsibility.
  • Monitoring ticket queues to ensure that requests and issues are being addressed in a timely manner.
  • Being a point of escalation for reported issues or concerns.
  • Recognizing and addressing competing priorities.
  • Responsible for hiring or input to hiring within the realm of support responsibility.
  • The development of staff through effective coaching and performance management.
  • Working  with Bank management to gather, write, or review requirements for systems.
  • Responsible for interfacing with other  areas of IT and delegating tasks as appropriate.
  • Serves as subject matter expert on business and technical issues.
  • Responsible for annual staff performance appraisals, as well as discussions related to progress toward goals. 
  • Provide timely reports on the status of projects as well as any unforeseen issues to management and to business units.
  • Gives input on department annual budget expenditures. 
  • Provides documentation of change management and department policies and procedures.
  • Will provide and or direct 24x7 on-call support of bank systems.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures.
Specifications:  4-8 years of IT support, prior financial/banking experience, degree in information technology and Microsoft, Citrix, or Cisco certification is a plus.
