Qualifications
Required Skills:
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. with 2+ years experience in Crop Science or related field
- Excellent communication, writing, and team work skills within a diverse organization
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects
- Ability to follow detailed and specified study processes
- Ability to write agronomic language to broad audience
- Ability to learn and use supporting IT systems
- Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, EndNote, Powerpoint, Adobe, and Visio
- Self motivating and ability to meet timelines and project target dates
- Experience and formal training in conducting independent and team research
Desired Skills:
- Technical writing experience
- Experience in a Regulatory organization
- Six Sigma/LEAN training
- Experience with good data recording practices or GLP's, ISO
- Strong presentation and training skills
- Field research experience
- Experience with genetically modified crops
