Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy, Ag Business, Biology, Chemistry, Business, or similar area .
2 or more years of Quality Management experience.
2 or more years of quality and/or field compliance auditing experience.
Must have strong problem solving and people management skills and demonstrated ability in exercising independent judgment and sound decision making. Must show record of taking responsibility and accountability for decisions and end results. Highly effective organizational skills, strong communications skills (verbal and written), and the ability to work with a range of personnel effectively (operators, engineers, plant leadership, corporate personnel) are required. Must be proficient in Windows based programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Ideal Candidate:
Masters in Agronomy, Biology, MBA
2 or more years of Stewardship or Field Compliance experience.
Knowledge of Seed Manufacturing
Experience in implementation of ISO9001:2008 system.
Previous experience with LEAN philosophies and Six Sigma methodologies
Proficient with Microsoft SharePoint application
Extensive understanding of Monsanto products.
People Management experience.
