HR IT is in the midst of significant change, and is re-organizing to better support the delivery of HR service to the IT organization. The objective is to ensure KPIT is able to effectively deliver the IT innovations that drive KP business and clinical transformation, wherein it relies on the design and delivery of strategic Human Capital solutions, and effective People Strategies. To be effective, KPIT must count on HR for a higher level of service tied to measurable outcomes that will ensure KPIT has the workforce, leadership and organization it needs to meet its strategic imperatives. This new role is the point person accountable for assuring the delivery of these services meets and exceeds KPIT business and customer requirements. Key responsibilities include the leadership of a range of process improvement and process management activities such as data gathering and analysis best practice research, process mapping, developing and recommending alternatives for improvement, developing performance metrics, obtaining leadership and stakeholder agreement and implementing those improvements. Activities are undertaken and executed in support of organizational goals and are accountable for providing business process solutions to meet internal and external customer expectations.

Major Responsibilities
Resource Management, Strategic Partnership & Planning, Change Management & Innovation, Results and Accountability:

1) Leads HR IT transformation efforts to assure the effective delivery of high value, integrated HR service to the IT client group. Is responsible for identifying highest value solutions and support to client group and organizing service delivery structure and mechanisms to assure the most efficient and effective delivery of those services.
2) Collaborates across HR community to document and re-engineer end-to-end processes, and engages various teams- including COE's in effectively performing to client requirements.
3) Coordinates activities across shared service organizations to secure collaboration, and ensure smooth delivery and execution of people related services to IT organization
4) Develops and monitors service level agreements and clarifies roles and deliverables of various functions and individuals in fulfilling the value chain of activities required to effectively serve the client groups.
5) Develops and execute change management plans in support of key initiatives including stakeholder engagement, and change execution plans
6) Serves as project manager of key Human Capital strategic initiatives as necessary to drive solutions and value to client group.
7) Makes decisions on resource allocation to best execute the Leaders' strategic vision and makes recommendations on reallocation and shifting of strategic direction in order to realign HR IT with best practices in a particular area and/or the larger strategic direction of the organization.
Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
- Five (5) to eight (8) years of management experience and ten (10) plus years of process and/or project management, consulting, or related business experience.
- Four (4) year degree or equivalent experience required.
- Graduate degree in a business or management discipline preferred.
- Certification in process management/improvement, methodologies preferred.
- Health plan management knowledge preferred
- Graduate degree in business or management discipline preferred.
