This position exists to enhance organization performance through partnering with senior leaders in identifying new directions and implementing needed changes to achieve desired outcomes.
Essential Functions:
- Anticipates and articulates emerging organizational needs.
- Identifies areas of needed organizational change.
- Provides expert organization development and systems analysis.
- Provides expert organization advice and feedback to organization leaders.
- Identifies strategies for organizational improvement and helps implement.
- Manages change effectively and helps others to do so.
Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
- M.A. or M.B.A. with concentration in Organizational Development or related area.
- Ph.D. in Organizational Development or related field preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in organizational development consulting preferably to senior level management.
- Three (3) years of experience in large scale change management.
- Expert knowledge of organizational development, change management, leadership, organizational and group dynamics, motivation theory and organization design, strategies and business planning.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent management consultation skills and ability to manage client relationships.
- Ability to work well with others with diverse backgrounds and at various organizational levels.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
