Job description
IBM is searching for a SAP O&M Manager with deep SAP experience required (minimum of 3-4 full lifecycle implementations). The O&M Support Manager will have at least 4 to 5 years of Lead experience and knowledge in supporting and maintaining large production environments. The O&M Manager will have a clear understanding of the use of automation tools for managing operations and batch scheduling along with metrics reporting of operations performance. Candidate must be customer focused with consulting skills to identify and implement continuous improvement to the operations environment.
The candidate must have solid executive presence with experience in dealing with client executives and reporting to client committees along with client proposal experience. Experience should include management of first-line problem determination. SAP R/3 and BW environment. Individual must have an understanding of an operations support methodology (SAP Sustainment Methodology preferred) ITIL and tools in support of the Operations Staff with the ability to collaborate with clients and deployment teams.
