- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 2 years experience in software analysis and design (Object-Oriented)
- At least 2 years experience in translating functional user requirements to technical requirements
- At least 2 years experience in developing detailed system specifications.
- At least 2 years experience in applications built with either J2EE or .NET and n-tier architectures
- At least 2 years experience in maintaining system interface agreements
- U.S. citizenship required
- English: Intermediate
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years experience in software analysis and design (Object-Oriented)
- At least 3 years experience in translating functional user requirements to technical requirements
- At least 3 years experience in developing detailed system specifications.
- At least 3 years experience in applications built with either J2EE or .NET and n-tier architectures
- At least 3 years experience in maintaining system interface agreements
- At least 1 year experience in DoD Systems Engineering processes
- Security clearance of Secret - Active
