The company is at present recruiting in Spain (based in Sevilla) for the following position:
MARKET ACCESS SPECIALIST
Reporting to the Iberia Institutional Relations Director the Specialist role will be the following:
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Develops the strategy and prioritized plans and liaise with the RMB, to take a proactive approach in understanding and managing tender processes in his/her territories: gathering information, getting customer insight and proposing a business plan for the customer.
Plays a key role in preparing, informing, consulting and decision making processes, internally with main stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Gov. Affairs, Med. Affairs, Bus. Operations, Sales Admin...).
Directs activities concerning tender requirements and needs, both to coordinate efforts internally and to shape external environment and influence decision making process followed by technical bodies, policy makers and other stakeholders, to benefit patients, doctors and nurses, customers, shareholders, and the business.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Outstanding communication profile: questioning, active listening, analysis of data, presentation skills one to one and one to group, confidence in voice, observation, understanding handling and overcoming objections, closing the sale (naturally manages AIDINC sequence), influence, negotiation, resource management.
· When working with Customers, can go from start to finish without any gaps. Knows the Selling Process and Customer Meetings have a process.
· Knows the market and Customer. Knows legislation on public contracting.
· Able to build a business plan for the Customer. Knows the Drivers he/she can influence. Understands and manages the financial impact of his activities.
Cualificaciones
PERSON PROFILE:
Education Level: University/Bachelors Degree or equivalent is a must.
At least 2 years experience in the field of Health-related Sciences are desirable (i.e. as KAM, KIM, Product Specialist).
Particular experience in dealings with tender environment will be advantageous.
MBA or equivalent is valued.
English: High level
