Builds and develops a team of technicians in the areas of technical and leadership capability. Develops team members to lead and manage and make sound decisions in all performance aspects of day-to-day operations.
Responsible for the safety and quality of our products by adhering to all rules, regulations, policies, programs and related MillerCoors Safe Quality Food (SQF) guidelines. Ensures SQF certification which includes HACCP, GMP and housekeeping standards.
The above responsibilities apply to a process leader who leads a 24-hour operation of a functional area with managerial support, or leads a small shift team with one or two shifts (not 24-hour production), or shares responsibility for a functional area.
- BS or BA in manufacturing/technical degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree in Business Management preferred.
- 3+ years experience preferred in a leadership role in manufacturing operations
