As an HRLDP Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with one of our HR Specialist Groups, providing consulting and design support to the J&J businesses on an enterprise, global and/or regional level or with a Business Based Human Resources Team, accountable to the J&J businesses in diagnosing needs and providing Human Resource solutions.
Internships will provide potential experiences across the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies Sectors, including the Medical Devices and Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, Consumer, Corporate and Supply Chain.
An HRLDP Intern will be responsible for completing project(s) that deal with strategic business directions. These project(s) will provide exposure to top management and multiple functional areas. Assignments can include projects in areas such as talent management, total rewards, recruiting & staffing, change management, organizational development or design, and various other areas requiring human resources expertise. Interns will be expected to demonstrate in-depth understanding of the critical issues, decision-making, and project management skills. The ability to work independently is required. Strong problem solving, organizational, communication and analytical skills are essential.
Upon completion of the HRLDP Internship, interns will be considered for full-time positions in our Human Resources Leadership Development Program. Decisions will be made based on internship performance and business need.

Location of HRLDP, Internship Positions:
Positions are available at various Johnson & Johnson operating companies throughout the United States including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, California, Massachusetts, and other.
Qualifications
Graduate student completing Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or other HR related Disciplines, OR MBA - with intended graduation date between late August, 2013 - July, 2014
Minimum of 3+ years of full time professional experience strongly preferred
Previous professional Human Resources experience and/or demonstrated interest in starting a career in Human Resources desired
Multi-lingual a plus
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future
