General description

Leader of the positioning and equity builder for the brand and its portfolio through a strong and relevant targeted communication, based on true unmet consumer needs. Focus on developing and widen a strong product and marketing innovation pipeline for FMCG. Develop and implementation of media plan optimizing the ROI and all related strategies to ensure impact, eficiency and brand equity.

Main Responsibilities
- Lead the development, coordination, implementation and pursuit all strategies driven to the consumer: mass media plans, intern programs an CRM, samplings, promotions at the POS, education programs, PR by managing effectively suppliers and tracking their performance
- Prioritize and manage the brand ATL & BTL spending to ensure that Top & Bottom line results
- Accountable for establishing SOM objectives and ensure its achievement via the development and implementation of strategies for lead the businesses
- Responsible to lead new product innovation " on time" with complete market mix to drive flawless executions
- Full P&L responsibility

Position report to: Group Brand Manager

Cualificaciones

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of marketing experience & 3 years in senior marketing assignments.

University Degree on Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering

Languages: Fully bilingual English-Spanish

High degree of FMCG & market understanding

HCC issues regulations for consumer and / or OTC products
