Mentor Worldwide L.L.C. is recruiting for MBA Interns to be located in Santa Barbara, CA.

The company has products and services in three areas of aesthetics: breast (augmentation and reconstruction), body and face.

The MBA intern will work within the breast and facial department. It will involve being responsible for the support of an integrated U.S. strategy, focusing on all marketing activities and the design, planning the execution of promotional programs, new product launches and supporting the existing portfolio. The candidate will be required to create forecasts utilizing market research to properly plan product activities and ensure successful integration of brand and sales strategy. In addition, it will require close collaboration with several departments and functions including Sales, Sales Leadership & Development, Professional Education, Global Strategic Insight, Digital Marketing, Medical Affairs, Global Strategic Marketing, Corporate Communications and outside vendors in order to effectively execute key commercial activities.

For this product platform, this candidate will need to: quickly gain an understanding or our product portfolio and general procedure knowledge, gather market information on product and procedure level, analyze market trends and gain customer insights and an understanding of the competitive landscape, manage and execute the marketing programs, campaigns and launch plans, develop and execute local marketing plans by specific customer groups, create promotional material and tools, organize events and support medical congresses, follow up on price setting, reimbursement, forecast, and budget management, support sales reps on product knowledge, development and use of field materials and messaging, collaborate closely with our Professional Education department for the development of customer training programs.

Qualifications


In order to be eligible for this position, the MBA candidate will be enrolled in an accredited MBA Program with graduation planned for 2014. A minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience required. Experience in Marketing, Product Management, Market Research, Sales, Business Development, Licensing and Acquisitions, Professional Medical Education, or related field preferred.

Must be a highly motivated individual with strong analytical and interpersonal skills. The individual must possess a strong marketing interest and the strong leadership skills to pursue each project with enthusiasm and passion.
