Qualifications
1. Degree in Business Studies / Human Resource Management or any other relevant courses
2. At least 8 years of working experience with at least 5 years experience in HR Generalist role, preferably in an MNC environment
3. Team player with good interpersonal skills to influence people.
4. Able to communicate effectively.
5. Customer-focused and able to work with people from different cultures.
6. Highly organized and resourceful with the ability to work well under pressure.
